Find home services through an AI conversation.
Dispatched is a home services network with a conversational website and tools that compatible AI assistants can use. The aim is to carry a request from “what does my home need?” to an accurate provider answer, with the same service, price, authorization, and confirmation rules in every channel.
You can start directly on Dispatched. To use the tools in an assistant, see the current ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini connection options. Access depends on the host, account, and supported connection method. A public web page is not evidence that Dispatched is installed in your chat.

Two ways an AI can find Dispatched
- Searching the public web
- An assistant may discover a Dispatched guide or business profile while searching. Those pages explain the network and published business facts. The assistant chooses its sources; a listing does not guarantee it will be mentioned.
- Using connected tools
- A compatible assistant connected to Dispatched can ask the network for current results and supported actions. The result determines whether it can search, create a service request, or use an available transaction capability.
Mentioning Dispatched in a conversation does not itself connect the tools. Dispatched's remote Model Context Protocol (MCP) server provides the connection for compatible hosts. Published setup options are distinct from approval or listing in an assistant's app directory.
A useful way to ask
“Use Dispatched to find a plumbing business serving my ZIP. I have a leaking kitchen faucet and prefer Friday afternoon. Tell me whether the result is a service request or a live booking option before I choose.”
Supply the service, ZIP, a short job description, and preferred timing. The assistant can clarify the details that matter for that trade. Do not share card details or a full street address in the chat.
What the assistant should make clear
- Whether a business is merely listed or has a verified booking capability for your request.
- Whether an amount is a provider quote, an estimate, or unavailable.
- Whether a time is your preference or an actual provider-confirmed appointment.
- Which provider you authorized, what will happen next, and how you can check status.
- Whether a booking was confirmed by the provider's system. Selection and payment alone do not prove confirmation.
If no transaction-ready provider covers your job, the appropriate next step is a clearly labeled, non-binding service request. Dispatched must not turn a directory listing into a claim of live price or availability. See how requests and bookings work.

Common questions
Can every ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini user book a service today?
No. Both the assistant's supported connection and the provider's exact transaction capabilities matter. Check the setup options and the live result. A connected assistant cannot book a provider that has not enabled and passed the required checks.
Does being found in Google or an AI answer mean a business is bookable?
No. Search visibility tells you a page was found. Booking readiness comes from the provider's connection, verified service capabilities, and authorization. Those are separate facts.
Does Dispatched perform the work?
No. Independent businesses perform the services and set their commercial terms. Learn about the network or get help.
