Dispatched helps people describe a home service job, discover relevant independent businesses, request a quote or appointment, and understand what has actually been confirmed. Its website and connected AI tools share that purpose.

For businesses, Dispatched provides a place to describe services and service areas, manage customer requests, and connect existing operations where supported. The long-term direction is simple: connect once, sell through every AI. Each channel and booking capability still has to be supported and verified before it can be used.

One network, many home services

Dispatched accepts requests across the categories below. Residential cleaning is the initial focus for transaction integrations. Coverage and instant booking vary by business, service, and location.

Who does what

The customer: Describes the job, chooses the business, reviews the confirmed details, and authorizes any supported transaction.
The service business: Sets its services, prices, schedule, and terms. It performs the work and is responsible for its fulfillment. The business generally remains the merchant of record.
Dispatched: Connects discovery, requests, and supported transactions. It reports the state of each action and confirms a booking only after confirmation from the provider's system.
The AI assistant: Helps the customer express and refine a request. Where connected, it uses Dispatched tools under the same authorization and confirmation rules.

A public listing is a starting point

The Dispatched directory contains factual business profiles from approved sources and provider-supplied information. Coverage is incomplete and varies by market and category. A listed business may not have claimed its page, connected a system, or agreed to receive bookings through Dispatched.

The profile's status matters. A listing is not an endorsement, a background check, a guarantee of licensing or insurance, or a statement of live availability. Verify any credentials and requirements relevant to your job directly with the business. Representatives can claim or correct a profile, and removal help is available through support.

Free to use and free to join

Dispatched is free for people finding home services. Home service businesses can join without a subscription, lead fee, or Dispatched booking commission. The work itself is priced by the business. Joining does not guarantee customer volume or make an unverified service instantly bookable.
