Connect the system your business already uses.
Dispatched is designed to bring customer requests and supported bookings into a home service business's existing operation. The provider portal shows the connection paths available to your business and what each connection can actually do. A software name on a list is not a promise that every account or feature is supported.
Provider system paths
- Housecall Pro
- A secure setup path is available when enabled in the portal. Connection and supported services are checked against your own account. Pricing, availability, booking, and appointment management each have their own requirements; connected does not mean all have passed.
- Jobber
- The portal includes a Jobber connection path. If direct connection is not currently available, it offers an integration request. Account permissions and the supported capabilities determine what Dispatched can read or change.
- Another system
- Identify the software, booking form, or calendar you use during setup. Where no direct connection exists, record your business details and request the integration. Do not assume a submitted request means the software is connected.
- Manual workflow
- You can describe services and service area without a direct scheduling connection. Responding to a customer request and confirming its details are separate from an instant booking written into a connected provider system.
Already have a business account? Open your integrations for the current options and connection status. Never paste vendor passwords or API credentials into a customer chat or support email.
What a complete booking connection needs
| Capability | What must be established |
|---|---|
| Services and territory | The services you provide and the homes you serve. Fill in missing information when your software does not supply it. |
| Pricing | The correct service, scope, pricing rules, taxes, and fees for a specific customer request. |
| Availability | Current scheduling information and the rules needed to determine an actual appointment option. |
| Booking | Customer authorization, permission to create the required provider records, and readback that confirms the appointment exists. |
| Management | A supported way to check status and handle the cancellation, rescheduling, or recurring-service behavior offered to that customer. |
| Payment terms | Who the customer pays, when payment is due, and any cancellation or refund terms. The provider generally remains the merchant of record. |
Connection does not turn on instant booking
Your connection must be usable, your service information complete, and the required capabilities verified against your account. You choose whether to turn instant booking on. Dispatched activates only the scope that passes its checks. Unsupported actions remain unavailable even when another capability works.
If instant booking is unavailable, a customer may still create a non-binding request for a quote or preferred time. Your response gives the customer confirmed details to review. It does not automatically charge the customer or create a booking. See the customer request and confirmation guide.
Common questions
Can I join before my software is supported?
Yes. Start with your business, services, and service area, and identify the workflow you use. The portal tells you whether to connect a system or request an integration. Joining is free, and an unsupported connection does not become a hidden booking promise.
Will Dispatched import everything from my software?
No. Available information depends on the system, account, and permissions. Review what was imported and add missing business facts in the portal. Private operational information should not be assumed to appear on your public profile.
Does this mean my business is in every AI app?
No. Connecting your provider system and connecting an AI assistant are different operations. See how AI discovery works and the current assistant connection options.
Where can I get help with setup?
Contact support with the business and system name and the step you reached. Keep credentials out of the message. For public business information, read the provider discovery guide.
