Support
Write to privacy@dispatchedhome.com. That is the monitored Dispatched mailbox for customers, home service businesses, privacy requests, and platform reviewers. Include a request identifier if you have one, because it is how we find the record.
Common things
- Cancel a request
- Open the Track this request link you received when the request was created and choose to cancel. That link is the only copy, so keep it. If you have lost it, write to us with the approximate time, the service, and the postal code.
- Check status
- The same link shows the current state, including whether a business has been contacted and whether anything is confirmed.
- Nothing is booked yet
- A request is not a booking. No business is contacted until you explicitly authorize it, and nothing is confirmed until that business’s own system confirms it.
- Correct or delete your data
- Write to the mailbox above. We acknowledge a verified request within five business days and complete it within 30 calendar days. See the privacy notice.
- Home service businesses
- See for home service businesses to understand what joining does and does not do. Joining does not make a business bookable; verification and activation come first.
- Report a problem with a result
- If a result looked wrong, said something was booked when it was not, or presented sample data as live, tell us and include what you asked and what you saw. We treat that as a defect, not as feedback.
Platform reviewers
The production Model Context Protocol server is at https://dispatchedhome.com/mcp over Streamable HTTP. It needs no account and no authentication for discovery. Reviewer scenarios, expected results, and the current network state are documented at integrations. For anything else, use the mailbox above and say that you are a platform reviewer so we prioritise it.
What we cannot do
- We cannot perform the work. An independent business does that and is responsible for it.
- We cannot confirm a booking on a business’s behalf. Only its own system can.
- We cannot take payment in the conversation, and we will never ask you for card details there.
